OTOS-Training Courses

International workers are, at best, a great asset to the entire working community. However, successful adaptation requires work from all parties, international workers and their employers and the entire working community. OTOS-Training Courses have been designed to support the companies in this process. These Training Courses are focused on companies working in four vocational fields: Social and Health Care, Cleaning and Maintenance Services, Restaurant and Catering Services and Machine and Metal Industry. The Training Courses will help the communities to become truly multicultural.
